Abstracts and tables of contents are available for free, though, and many of the papers can be found elsewhere on the web. - Springer's online service seems to be in transition; some of the more recent volumes are no longer available. I presume they'll be back at some point (?). - I don't think FSE < 1997 or ASIACRYPT < 1998 have ever been available online. - With some web browsers (e.g. Mozilla), you can create keyword shortcuts to the online versions. See this page for how: http://www.mozilla.org/docs/end-user/keywords.html With a bit of Javascript cookery thrown in, you can set it up so that you can simply type "crypto 98" into the address bar, and don't need to bother using a lookup table;-) Matt
