Some points:

- This was made to help me look up papers faster (and because I was
  bored!), so I've included only the conferences and workshops that
  I'm interested in.

- If the table looks especially weird, view it in a fixed width
  (monospaced) font, e.g. Courier.

- A subscription is needed in order to view the papers online via
  SpringerLink. Abstracts and tables of contents are available
  for free, though, and many of the papers can be found elsewhere
  on the web.

- Springer's online service seems to be in transition; some of the
  more recent volumes are no longer available. I presume they'll be
  back at some point (?).

- I don't think FSE < 1997 or ASIACRYPT < 1998 have ever been available
  online.

- With some web browsers (e.g. Mozilla), you can create keyword
  shortcuts to the online versions. See this page for how:

  With a bit of Javascript cookery thrown in, you can set it up so
  that you can simply type "crypto 98" into the address bar, and
  don't need to bother using a lookup table;-)
